Carolyn Parkes is an English solicitor specializing in private client services with over fifteen years’ experience in this area. She spent thirteen years in Monaco as head of the legal department in a large reputable multi-service provider before being recruited in Singapore by a large multinational company as head of Private Clients in the Asia-Pacific region. Carolyn has now returned to Monaco to pursue her career in Europe.

Carolyn is a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has worked as a director of regulated trust companies in several jurisdictions. She has advised a large number of prestigious families in Europe and Asia in the areas of estate planning and the preservation of family wealth.

Carolyn has helped many entertainment and sports personalities structure their private and professional assets by working closely with attorneys in multiple jurisdictions.

She has extensive experience in Monaco and globally in the negotiation, acquisition and structuring of properties, including residential properties, yachts and aircraft. She also helps her clients manage their risk profile.
